Felix has been a great agent who is willing to go the extra mile to explain the policy which the client does not really understand. He considers the needs of the client and gives appropriate advice to maximize the client investment. All in all, if the client has any doubt, just approach him and he will give the best advice to the client’s needs. Felix is an approachable insurance agent who responds promptly to questions raised to the best of his ability. He does not hard-sell his policies, unlike some insurance agents in the market.
