I met Felix at 10th Jan for a career coaching session. During the process, I’m instructed to answer a questionnaire first, then after that he analyzed what my characteristics are. He analyzed my strengths and weaknesses and was able to let me do a better self-reflection on myself. Because of this I have a better understanding at what I excel at and I’m able to know which career path is tailored to my characteristics. I deeply appreciate him for this wonderful self-discovery career coaching session.

Felix has been a great agent who is willing to go the extra mile to explain the policy which the client does not really understand. He considers the needs of the client and gives appropriate advice to maximize the client investment. All in all, if the client has any doubt, just approach him and he will give the best advice to the client’s needs. Felix is an approachable insurance agent who responds promptly to questions raised to the best of his ability. He does not hard-sell his policies, unlike some insurance agents in the market. He respects his clients’ decisions and needs, and recommends the best policy/policies. He also ensures that his clients understands the policy completely and is patient in his explanation.
