Felix called to introduce himself after one of webinars I attended to share more about his company and available services. Felix is knowledgeable, attentive and thoughtful during each of our meetings to understand my financial concerns. To be frank, after two meetings I still didn’t understand everything but one thing was very clear - by proper forward planning, his proposal of retirement plan is able to give me the financial security that I had been seeking and he can help to obtain more comprehensive insurance coverage with lower costs (the insurance premium would be reduced by approximately 50%). This will give me the ability to organise and control my fiscal life and may enable me to retire earlier than I thought. Felix has been a great agent who is willing to go the extra mile to explain the policy which the client does not really understand. He considers the needs of the client and gives appropriate advice to maximize the client investment. All in all, if the client has any doubt, just approach him and he will give the best advice to the client’s needs. Felix is an approachable insurance agent who responds promptly to questions raised to the best of his ability. He does not hard-sell his policies, unlike some insurance agents in the market. He respects his clients’ decisions and needs, and recommends the best policy/policies. He also ensures that his clients understands the policy completely and is patient in his explanation.
