As humans, the pursuit of change and progress is something that is innate to every one of us. Like it or not, there will always be things in life that we hope could be a little different, a little better in the way that daily situations & events turn out. But as I seek to improve, there is one thing I know not to chase, and that is perfection. Perfection is a trap. Do not chase perfection as a leader - chase improvement. Make today better than yesterday so tomorrow can be better than today. The relentless pursuit of improvement will take any leader far.

Jian Xian. Financial Service Consultant

I have known Felix for about 1.5 years and it was enjoyable working with him while during his time at AIA. He has formulated many great pitches for each product category and is very selfless in sharing. When we faced any difficulties he will always be there to share his input and offer solutions on how to solve them. He is also a great career coach when one is looking to embark on a career in financial advisory. He has a wealth of experience in both tied agency and financial advisory firm. He shows the pros and cons of what a tied agency does and what a financial advisory firm can offer. Felix has guided me in my career decision moving forward and encourages me to pursue them. Felix is the go to person to speak to when you are fresh out in the workforce looking to embark on a new career or considering a mid career switch.

Rui Yang. Operations Director.

Felix has been providing some relatively good follow-ups to the clients. Although he was new many years back when I decided to purchase several financial products from him, he has picked up fast to provide the necessary information to me. Furthermore, the fact that he has been taking initiative to stay in contact with me is encouraging. I believe that this is one of the most important qualities which a financial advisor needs to possess. Feel free to give a try to his services and I believe that it will benefit you in long term.
